Shipping Policy

1.  Carriers We Work With

At the moment, we use USPS for shipping. If you have a different carrier in mind, please reach out to us prior to placing your order so we can coordinate the delivery schedule with you. Please note that due to the drop-off distance for other carriers, a $20 service fee will be added to your order.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: [X–X business days]

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

5. International Shipping

International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees.

6. Damages & Lost Packages

We are here to help our customers with any products that may have been damaged or lost in transit. If your order arrives lost or in a damaged condition, please reach out to us right away.  If damaged, please provide detailed photos of the damaged item(s). We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to submit a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and the damaged items until we inform you about the necessary steps for filing.
