Refund Policy

We offer refunds for items returned in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt,.

• Before Returning: Please contact us by email or phone to inform us about your return and the reason.

• Email us at jdcantiques@outlook.com with details of the items to be returned, stating that you wish to cancel the contract.

• Return the items at your own cost within 14 days after submitting your cancellation notice.

• Refunds will include the full purchase price. For items cancelled in shipment, you will be responsible for return postage costs.

• Refunds for items that are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose will be credited to your original payment method.

• Refund Processing: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method upon receipt of the returned item and may take 2-3 working days to appear in your account.
